Flameproof conductor bushings are available with fixed studs (PD series and RD series) and with replaceable studs (PLD series and KD series).

Flameproof conductor bushings with fixed studs come with M20x1.5 to M48x2 threads.

The stud diameters of these flameproof conductor bushings are between 8mm and 24mm.

With the fixed-stud conductor bushings, the rated voltage is between 275 V and 2200 V; the continuous current of the conductor bushings is between 100A and 800A.

The insulators of flameproof conductor bushings are made from epoxy resin; their admissible temperature is between  –55 °C and +120 °C.

The fixed-stud flameproof conductor bushings are ATEX-approved (PTB 98 ATEX 1068U).

Flameproof conductor bushings with replaceable studs come with M14x1.5 to M48x threads.

The stud diameters of these flameproof conductor bushings are between 4mm and 20mm.

With the replaceable-stud conductor bushings, the rated voltage is between 420 V and 1100 V; and the continuous current is between 16A and 630A.

The insulators of these flameproof conductor bushings are either made from epoxy resin (PLD series) or ceramics (KD series). The conductor bushings with epoxy-resin insulators have an admissible temperature between –55 °C and +120 °C. The conductor bushings with ceramic insulators have an admissible temperature between –55 °C and +90 °C.

The flameproof conductor bushings of the PLD series and the KD series are ATEX-approved (PTB 98 ATEX 1069U and PTB 98 ATEX 1066U)
